Our quiches are made with our own pasture raised eggs and meats, Birchrun Hills Farm cheeses, and are baked in an organic wheat flour crust!  We also use veggies from local farms whenever possible!  A few farms that provide veggies for our quiches are Hillcreek Farm(asparagus, jalapenos, tomatoes), Mickley's Orchard and Farm( mushrooms, green peppers), and Oley Valley Mushrooms!
