*2 cups chopped cooked chicken/turkey, about equals parts white and dark meat *1 cup diced celery, ribs and leaves
*1/2 cup sliced grapes
*1/4 cup sour cream
*1/4 cup mayonnaise
*1-2 tablespoons mustard, Dijon or spicy brown
*1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
*1/2 tsp onion powder
*Salt and pepper to taste
