About our beef:

We practice rotational grazing and always have a natural mineral supplement available to boost cattle health.  We do not feed any grain to our cattle . They have never been given hormones of any kind.

Retail Beef

We are now happy to offer retail cuts of beef at the farm and at our pick up locations.  We always have a great selection of steaks, roasts, burgers, hot dogs, and ground beef for all your cooking needs!

 

Bulk Beef (quarters, halves and whole steers)

Thanks for your interest in our grass fed beef!   All the prices are based on hanging weight and include processing costs, packaging and flash freezing at an inspected facility (price includes normal processing, special requests such as jerky/sausage/etc will be an additional charge). The hanging weight is the weight just prior to being cut up (the actual take home weight will be less because of trimmed fat, bones, etc).
